Background:
A hair saloon business.
The business owner had recently moved from their time working in a saloon to start up their own business. Accordingly, their digital presence and profile was a blank canvas.
The Brief:
Create a digital profile and leverage social media to establish and raise their profile with their local target market.
What we did:
As this was a start up business with no digital presence and the owner was a little sceptical about it’s potential effectiveness for their business, we devised and agreed an approach that would steadily raise their profile.
Initially, our focus was to work with the various social media platforms, regularly publishing new and informative content, engaging and interacting with the new followers that our campaign was attracting.
This had a two-fold benefit, it put in place the foundations on which to start building trust with their target audience and as critical, demonstrated to the owner that their target market was online and interested in their business’s service.
The Result:
Our strategy generated new leads and customers.
