The Brief:
Establish and grow the businesses profile with existing and new clients with the use of email marketing.
What we did:
The business’ digital presence had, to date, been focused on their website.
We designed and built an email marketing campaign that took into consideration the presence of existing clientele and the desire to reach out to new customers.
Ensuring all involved aligned and adhered to industry recognised best practices; not doing so could have resulted, in the worst case, with the client’s domain being delisted and no longer visible to the likes of Google and other search engines.
Our goal was to establish a regular communication with existing clients and build up a profile of potential new customers, providing informative and value-adding content. This included raising the profile of the company’s innovative approach to delivering the products and service they used to highlighting trends and changes in the industry, that were unlikely to be visible to the client, but would make a difference to the service provided and importantly, the delivery cost.
The Result:
An increase in the reach of the organisation of 25% over the duration of the campaign, generating more enquiries.
