The company was an established business, with a digital presence and some social media activity.
The Brief:
Design and deliver an approach to raise their online profile with existing and potential new customers.
What we did:
Designed and implemented a social marketing campaign, whereby we took and created content that was published and promoted across various platforms for which there was a good fit, ie Pinterest and Facebook; upcoming events that the team were either hosting or attending were promoted and we engaged and interacted with their growing number of followers.
The ongoing publication of new material ensured that the content shared was fresh, fun, informative (in some instances, instructions were provided as to how to “make your own”) and kept a steady flow of interaction present.
The Result:
Our approach increased the interaction with and buzz about the company, events, products and services with those “following” the team.
